BNP supporters demonstrated outside a police station in Burnley after four members were arrested for stirring up racial hatred in the town on Wednesday (19 Nov).

The four men were arrested on Wednesday morning following a police investigation over the distribution of leaflets in Burnley, Lancashire, blaming Muslims for the heroin trade.

Police would not confirm if the four were BNP members, though the party said two of those arested were members in the local area.

The National Association of Muslim Police had earlier criticised a Crown Prosecution Service decision to not prosecute the leaflet's distributors.

At least the police will not now need to ask the "protestors"' for their names and addresses :)
