Lord Pearson: Muslims “breeding ten times faster than us"

The News of the World publishes an article on comments made by UK Independence Party peer, Lord Malcolm Pearson, in which he makes Eurabia style comments such as, Muslims are “breeding ten times faster than us."

"I don't know at what point they reach such a number we are no longer able to resist the rest of their demands. We must be looking at somewhere between 10 or 20 years. If we don't do something in the next year or two we have in effect lost."

He goes on to speak of the electoral victories of the far-right BNP in the European elections as the result of Britons reacting to the sight of “towns that have already been taken over by Shari’ah law” and of Britons becoming “strangers in their own land”.

Lord Pearson also criticized those Muslims reacting to Geert Wilders' visit to the UK by urging a ban on his entry, ignoring the many other Muslims who have strongly supported parity and consistency on freedom of speech.

Perhaps Muslim peers might use Lord Pearson’s remarks, and his hosting of Geert Wilders at the Lords recently, as an opportunity to host an event of their own to show just how far removed Geert Wilders and Lord Pearson’s perceptions of Islam and Muslims truly are.
